Svetlo is a Barcelona events agency for small and mid-sized gatherings — corporate offsites, professional dinners, celebrations, and intimate weddings. The practice grew out of a decade of operational work at three Olympic Games (Sochi 2014, Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026), two FIFA World Cups in Russia and Qatar, and the 4YFN programme at Mobile World Congress — and now turns that operational discipline toward smaller, more personal events here in Catalonia. We work on a short list of projects at a time, so every event gets the attention it actually needs.
Team offsites, company dinners, product launches, year-end parties, networking evenings. From a fifteen-person leadership dinner to an eighty-person all-hands. Built around the people in the room, not around a template.
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, intimate weddings. For families and couples who want the day to feel personal rather than produced — and want someone else to handle the logistics so they can be present.
Barcelona is home, but the venues we love often aren't in the city — masías in the Empordà, vineyards in the Penedès, restored townhouses across the Costa Brava. For multi-day or out-of-city events, we handle transport, accommodation, and run-of-show end to end.
A note on portfolio.
Svetlo is a young agency, and our private-event portfolio is being built through 2026. The practice behind it isn't young — a decade in Olympic organising committees, two FIFA World Cups, and the 4YFN programme at Mobile World Congress — but the smaller, more personal work is where we are now putting that experience to use. As we deliver events through 2026, this section will fill in. In the meantime, the easiest way to get a sense of how we work is a short call.
